Free shipping on orders $109 (USD).
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, phone number,and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Order Processing
- After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order.
- During holidays and peak sales, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship as soon as possible.
- Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.
International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped out directly from our China-based studio via Yun Express, with packages potentially reaching most destination countries within the following timeframes:

Notes:
- All of the above delivery times are estimates only. Delivery time will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your country’s postal service.
- During holidays and peak sales, orders may take longer.
- Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Import Duties
- We have already paid the taxes when the order is generated. However, if you still receive a customs duty request, please prepay the fee on your behalf and then contact our customer service team for further assistance.
- Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or tax charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
- Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
- Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
