The fabric is woven using three-tone blended yarns on power looms, resulting in a texture that feels noticeably more rugged than traditional vintage cloth.

With a plain-weave construction, the surface reveals a clearly defined, granular texture under reflected light.

In essence, the fabric aligns more closely with bead canvas–type trousers rather than conventional denim.

A 7×7 yarn count structure combined with air-jet spun yarns produces a coarse, slightly dry hand feel with strong character.

Warp yarns are blended with apricot-beige and off-white tones, finished through reactive yarn dyeing to ensure color fastness.

The fabric weighs approximately 15.5oz before washing.
