This custom-woven fabric utilizes a high-configuration siro spinning and rope dyeing process.
The yarns are clean and neat, with less fuzziness compared to ring spinning.
Due to its spinning principle, the yarn exhibits high strength and vibrant colors.
The rope dyeing technique, in contrast to the piece dyeing commonly found in the market, delivers more even and layered coloration.
The Model 701 straight-leg jeans are available in both desized and raw versions, while the Model 702 slight-tapered jeans come in the desized version.
The visual identity (VI) for the 22OZ high-cotton series adopts the same design language as the 19OZ series.
Paying homage to HOTROD and KUSTOM culture, we emulate ED ROTH's brushstrokes to present a blend of playful mockery and satire towards mainstream culture within the VI.
The front and back pockets feature eccentric curved designs, along with an asymmetrically placed watch pocket.
The overall design language strives to break away from classic conventions while maintaining an enduring appeal that withstands the test of time.
The leather patch is crafted from imported Italian leather hides, semi-vegetable tanned and screen-printed.
With increased wear, the pattern gradually fades, developing a naturally aged appearance.
The pocketing fabric is made of HBT (herringbone twill) 100% cotton.
