Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

Please note that according to Shopify's transaction policies,once you have completed payment for an order, even if the transaction fails, we will charge a processing fee based on your order amount(4.1% for transactions made in HKD, and 6.1% for non-HKD transactions).This fee is collected by Shopify.
Currently, only the shipping fee applies for delivery to your address.
Should future adjustments be required due to differing international policies, we will notify you promptly of any changes.
Shipping
All international orders will be shipped out directly from our China-based studio via Yun Express.
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order.
During holidays and peak sales, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship as soon as possible.
Express Shipping(Yun Express): About 4-15 working days.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, phone number,and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking number, and you can track it on www.17track.net.
Typically, this is due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the shipping company not having access to the delivery location.
Please contact the shipping company to arrange for a re-delivery of your package.
Refund & Exchange
You can return unwanted items within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with original labels, and in the same condition when you received them. You can start a return by logging in on your account and submit the items you would like to return. Please contact info@mbbcar.com for more information.
Please note: According to Shopify's transaction policies, even if you request a refund, we will charge a processing fee based on a percentage of your original order amount (4.1% for HKD payment regions, 6.1% for other non-HKD payments). This fee is charged by Shopify.
We will process your return within 3-5 working days after the parcel arrives. You will then receive the refund or an email containing a gift card code.
If you receive a faulty item, please don't worry. Please get in touch with info@mbbcar.com immediately. We will immediately arrange to issue new products for you.
If you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels. If this is the case, please check your emails, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don't forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!). If you still have not received your full order, please get in touch with us at info@mbbcar.com.
