The fabric is dyed in both the warp and weft. The weft yarns are reactive-dyed in a reddish-brown tone and woven together with deep black warp yarns. Through the finishing process, the fabric develops both a substantial, vintage character and a refined surface sheen.
The design incorporates triangular reinforcement stitching inspired by vintage workwear details from the last century. The overall wash features a long, fine slub texture with a brushed vertical-fade effect. Subtle reddish tones from the weft yarns emerge through the surface, while the fabric itself carries a lightly brushed hand feel.
The wash treatment is intentionally restrained. Light dirt-rub and smudged pigment effects are applied along the vertical fades on the thighs to create a naturally aged patina. At the hems, faint “chicken-claw” crease marks are added to mimic the puckering and wrinkling that can appear after shrinkage.
Finished with custom HBT herringbone pocket bags.
