The fabric is developed and custom-woven independently by MVC, with a density of 70×49 and a raw (loom state) weight of 16.4 oz. It is crafted using high-configuration Siro spinning, which compared to ring spinning, yields a more refined and delicate texture.
The jeans feature the MBBCAR cut—a relaxed, slightly flared silhouette honed over years of expertise by the MVC studio.
To preserve raw denim's original and substantial weight, this product maintains unsanforized treatment. After purchase, it requires desizing before wear. Expect 0.4"-1.0"/1-2.5cm horizontal shrinkage and 1.6"-2.2"/4-5.5cm vertical shrinkage.
Tip：
- Raw denim may bleed color significantly during the first few wears. To avoid staining, please avoid pairing it with light-colored garments.
- Dyed with indigo. Due to the natural characteristics of this material, the coloring may rub off onto fabrics and upholstery.
