The fabric is dyed with direct dyes, allowing the color to gradually fade and develop more character with wear.

The entire garment undergoes a light enzyme wash, creating subtle fading along the seams and raised areas while bringing out a soft surface texture and natural luster.

The design draws inspiration from Edwardian-era waistcoats from around the 1900s, while the overall styling leans toward an American shawl-collar vest. It features an exaggerated deep V-neck and a bold, sweeping collar curve.

The front closure is intentionally kept primitive and minimal, using only two tack buttons and a cowhide cord tie.
