The cowhair leather is cut from a single full hide, with the surface retaining a hair-on texture similar to horsehair, making each belt’s pattern unique.
The edges are outlined with hand-stitched detailing to create a three-dimensional effect.
On the inside, the pattern is hand-gilded by the leather craftsman—a Year of the Horse limited “窄幅丹宁” logo.
Holes are manually hammered for precise and tight positioning, ensuring they stay secure during use.
The pure copper belt buckle will naturally develop a patina over time.
